The agreement

This covers the basic of what On call driver nz entails, If there is something missing or a requirement we have neglected don't worry we work with each business to deliver what is needed.

• QUALITY AND SAFE DRIVERS

  • • Our drivers are experienced, licensed and capable of up to class 5 driving skills, including forklift and dangerous goods.

• BEFORE WE START

  • • Before starting each job there will be a Pre-start check, and the driver will be 'Fit for duty' and manage his log book.

• INVOICING

  • • We are GST registered and we will discuss invoice frequency

• INSURANCE

  • • On call driver nz is covered by Liability insurance, Each company we work for must provide it's own insurance.

• HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • • Our drivers are equipped with a Log book, basic PPE, Boots hi-vis hard hat if required, First aid kits, and wet weather gear.

• FATIGUE MANAGEMENT

  • • All drivers are required to have a half-hour break after five and a half hours of driving. We can also produce drug tests if required.

• ROAD WORTHY

  • • Your vehicles must meet high safety standards before we can operate them as a licensed transport service. Any defect or problem will be reported as soon as possible.

• COMPLETE JOB REGISTER FORM This form lays out what each job entails, This may be a one off or regular work, Locations, Times, PPE required and anything our drivers need to be aware of.

• SIGN THE CLIENT AGREEMENT Standard agreement including terms and conditions for On call driver NZ and your business or company

• INVOICING AND RATES The invoicing frequency will be agreed upon once rates have been discussed and can be found in the Job register and client agreement of which you will receive a copy of both for your records

• CONTACTS Contact details have been exchanged

• CHANGES We understand that jobs can change, We ask that we are contacted as soon as possible to allow our drivers to make adjustments and schedule these changes
